These two excellent food products from Emilia Romagna will be the stars of “Mangiare all’italiana” [Eating Italian-style], an initiative to be held in restaurants worldwide as part of the events staged for Expo Milano 2015, with the aim of promoting Italian flavours around the world. The initiative will involve 4,000 chefs in 70 countries.
